Our Leasing Only service takes care of the entire leasing process from start to finish, ensuring your property is marketed effectively, is compliant, and ready for a smooth tenancy handover.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
When you choose our Leasing Only service, we will:​

Professionally market your property online to maximise exposure

Conduct home opens and manage all tenant enquiries

Process and assess tenancy applications, including thorough screening and National Tenancy database checks

Prepare and execute the lease agreement in line with current legislation

​Receipt the bond and ensure it is correctly lodged

​Ensure all required documentation is completed and in place prior to the tenancy commencing

Arrange a Property Condition Report to be conducted, this includes follow this up after the 7 requirement and address any discrepancies with the tenant.
